Lapaccio has its origin in the Salento area, the real heart of wine production in Apulia. The Pasqua family started making wine in this region over 90 years ago before moving north to Verona. This region is renowned for the cultivation of the Primitivo grape. The wine has a good depth of colour, there is a warmth on the nose revealing intense cherry and plum aromas and is warm, rich and harmonious on the palate.
