The Original 'Extra Old Cognac'

The original ‘extra old’ cognac first bottled in 1870 by Maurice Hennessy for friends and family. On the nose there are aromas of prunes, dried figs, chocolate, cinnamon, cloves and black pepper. On the palate there’s dried fruit and chocolate followed by peppery notes that are mellowed by cinnamon and vanilla from the carefully selected oak casks. The XO has a long silky finish with sweet notes of cinnamon and vanilla.
