Red made mainly from Sangiovese (90%), fermented in cement tanks without the addition of yeast, with an aging period of more than 12 months in a 41 hectoliter botti. It draws attention for the fine-grained tannins and for the vibrant and typical acidity, which sustain all its ripe red fruit. It lives up to the fame of the 2010 harvest in Tuscany, showing great concentration, structure and potential for aging. It will surely reward those who are most patient. 14% alcohol.
